Max voltage for an X1950XT

I've got an HIS Radeon X1950XT and I was overclocking it a bit today. I've got it at 695 core and 1998 mem. I raised the core voltage to 1.45V and the memory to 2.225V.

If I run the artifact scanner in ATI Tool the GPU maxes out at around 64C. How high is it safe to raise the voltage? As long as the temperatures are safe is it ok to raise it more or can voltage kill a card regardless of temperature?
 
i was running 760 @ 1.52v but i had watercooling on the card, probably not a good idea to use this kind of voltage with air,
 
Yes, voltage (and ampere) can kill your card, you can only run so much volt through a cable so thick.
In other words, a thick cable can handle more volt and ampere than a thin one.

How much volt that is "too much" I have no idea of though.
