mATX with RAID

Need recommendation for a mATX mobo with RAID. I just picked up 2 raptors and I wanna put them to good use. I'm gonna use it pretty much strictly just gaming. LGA775 Pentium D set up.
 
the LG81 has RAID? that was the one i was looking into getting because you have recommended that to me in the past. I looked on the ABIT site and didn't see in the specs anything about RAID. The P5LD2-VM i was also thinking of rebuying but i was reading a website saying that it doesn't have RAID function when newegg says it does. If the LG81 has RAID then Im going LG81. Thanks Dillusion
