should I go dual rails or not? It will be powering a 20pin atx mobo, a64 2800+ and x800pro. So basically I just want to know if dual rails is ok or not?

Yeah, go DR, but I would invest in something with more Watts to give and maybe a little more expensive.

biostar 200p. I ran it all fine before on a 200watt one that came with the case, so watts isn't an issue. I just killed the 200watt one cause I'm really dumb >_> and that's the best matx psu on newegg imo. Has good ratings, 80%+ efficiency, nice amps on 12v rails, and is a good brand.

If your motherboard has the 4-pin 12v cpu power connector then by all means go dual rail. Otherwise stick with single rail.
