MATX power supply help

I have a matx case and i need a power supply and here are the items in the computer
ATI radeon 9800 pro 128mb
ledtek winfast 2000 xp
sony dual layer dvd burner
2 Western digital IDE hard drives 120gig special edition on raid 0
and i think the motherboard i will buy for it is the BIOSTAR "M7NCG 400" nForce2 IGP Motherboard for AMD Socket A CPU -RETAIL
with a barton 2500 overclocked at 2.2 GHZ

I dont know anything about power supplies so i need help from everyone to tell me if it is even possible to do this with a matx power supply

Definitly the Enermax 285, 20a on the 12v is beefy for such a little guy! Lol, that's more than my old-school Enermax 300
