Ok well i found that its hard to get a good clean overclocking feature on a matx mobo... but the best i could find ASROCK K7S41 but that motherboard has the SiS chipset so i would be giving up performance by going with that instead of a nforce chipset without overclocking features.. So what is more important OVERCLOCKING or CHIPSET ?? if anyone knows of any good matx motherboards that have good overclocking features let me know or if anyone has used the K7S41 and can give me a first hand account on how well it works that would be great..

biostar m7ncg 400 version 1.0 and 7.2 overclock well for matx. version 7.0 has no voltages, but the others are known to take xp2500 to 2.2/2.3 easily.

ok i will look into the biostar.... i was really hoping for more people to have some say but i guess not alot of people are looking for matx boards for overclocking... i just happend to come across a matx case that i reallly liked and i have always been a fan of overclocking so i thought i would give it a try and also take a wack at water cooling as well so.. i hope to find a good enough board to get what i want done...

Shuttle mn31n will overclock also, but not as well as 7.2 biostar m7ncg 400. the mn31n has mcp-t apu (soundstorm) though (but you need a sdpif bracket) to get optical, rca out.

ditto. Although it sounds like the biostar has better features. I own the MN31N and i am very satisfied with the board... it's a cool blue color too ;D
