There is Gigabyte with UD2 and UD4, MSI G45, ASUS Genie...
What else? Any DFI, EVGA?

I got the Gigabyte P55M-UD2 and Love it. But a system for my pops with an i5 750 and it has been rock solid and super fast for him. Easy easy stable build.

No, on the eVGA mATX boards BOTH slots are x8/x8 - even if only one of them is populated - i.e. your shiny new 5870 is going to be restricted to pci-e x8
