I just recently aquired a 2.4 P4 (SL6DV), and if my memory serves right, weren't these the ones folks used for decent overclockers? I seem to remember they ran pretty good by just bumping up the FSB from the default 533 to 800.

I need a decent mATX board for to run this on. I went through the newegg selection and found limited 865 chipset boards from the more noteable manufactures. I was hoping for find a decent board for $50 bucks, but the ones I found were around $75-90 for the 865 chipset...there were some cheaper boards from FoxCon, ECS, and some lower tier manufactures that I kinda wanted to avoid. Does anyone have a specific board that they have been using and been happy with? Its gotta have some overclocking (at least FSB, and I imagine some voltage adjustments).

Thanks

I am leaning towards the Gigabyte GA-8IG1000MK

Do not get the P4P800VM, it has no meaningful voltage tweaks. Multi is fine, voltage sucks.
