Matched RAM vs Dual Processor

Hey gurus,
I'm of the understanding that it's important to match the RAM speed to FSB speed. Am looking at two very similar laptops. One has a 667MHz FSB with 533MHz RAM and a Centrino Duo processor. The other has a 667MHz FSB with 667MHz RAM but with an Intel Core Solo processor. If I'm using the laptop for very RAM-intensive, multitasking realtime music apps, am I going to get better performance with a dual processor and mismatched RAM-FSB speeds or with a matched RAM-FSB speed machine that has a single processor?
