Master/Slave set up

Hey all, I was wondering how to set up my master/slave. Here is the stuff I'm gonna use. My raptor 74gb is going to be my OS. So thats gonna be SATA. Then I'm gonna have a maxtor 160gb for storage, a cdrw dvd combo drive and a dvd burner.

Master primary - maxtor 160gb
master slave - nothing

Secondary master - cdrw dvd combo drive
secondary slave - dvd burner

Would that lead to best performance or does anybody else have any other suggestions?
