Massive Vdrop - PSU problem ??

Hi all
just finished getting my system up and running and get on with the OC

i quickly noticed that at load, my Vcore was dropping and stabeling at some point
(i.e : bios set to 1.5v, normal 1.48, full load 1.44)

it really getting hard to get a stable system and i'm asking myself, is it possible that my PSU just isn't cutting it?
like to hear what u have to say about that..

Asus p5b deluxe, super talent 800, e6600 OC (not done), BFG 8800GTS 640, 3x250GB SATA2 WD RAID 0, Neo 430W

would be nice to know the speed you have it running at. if its at stock (dunno why you would have 1.5v for stock but you could be an idiot, i dont know:p ) then thats alot of droop, if that is at 4ghz then that is an expected vdroop. although that little 430w PS is probably on its hands and knees praying for the devil to release it with all you got pluged into it. bad power supplies usualy cause random crashes/restarts, not usualy vdroop.

currently, at 3.3 Ghz
for some reason, cant get it up to 3.5-3.6 steady at reasonable volt
