Massive Problom, atleast i think so

alright, sigh, i have a problom...my computer loads the os and gets to desktop, goes to some blue screen then restarts. it is not the BSOD, it is the screen with the physical memorey dump. after much reseash and 3 times of relaoding the OS, i found out this problom is normal cuased by bad memoery. so this afternoon i play the process of emlination game and think i found the bad stick, come back tonight after partice and find that with the "good" stick same problom, so i am like fuck, 2 bad sticks, so i go bad and get from my old PC one 512 stick @2100 speeds, stick that in and same problom. so i am thinking possible bad MOBO? i think this becase when i was waiting for my 2 gigs i used that 512 stick and maybe the speeds all fucked it all up or all 3 sticks happened to go bad at the same time, shitty timing. so what do i do? its not the OS, i mean i have redo it 3 times and taking my time the last 2 times, it used to only happen after i installed SP2, but know it is more random, weird though it did run stable befor sp2. i dont know what to do, i feel dumb and useless, is it time to seek professonal help?

Does this happen before or after your drivers are installed? Does it happen in safe mode? Are there any entries in your event log that could indicate a problem? If you still have the problem regardless of the ram you use it is probably some other hardware issue. Try resetting your bios to defaults. Try pulling out cards and disconnecting all attached devices and see if you still get the error. That's about all i can tell you. Just work through the problem and use the process of elimination.
 
let me think, it would happen ofter the drivers were installed, becase the order of the OS install i went, OS, Drivers, SP2/windows updates, other stuff. this problom doesnt occur in safe mode, i know this becase the problom used to happen only after the install of SP2, and i would go into safe mode and go to a resote point before the install of sp2, but know after the thrid fresh install of windows the problom didnt happen right after i installed sp2, it was after the install of my firewall. i mildly overclocked the procosser by using the MSI suppiled cool and quit technology, by like 5%. will get back to you guys on the game of procoss of emlination. thanks so much

played the emlination game today, not a bad DIMM or video card, all the other stuff came form an other comp that ran fine.
