Massive Flood--Computers Saved-No Power

Ever wonder what a quarter inch, inside diameter, water pipe can pump out in one hours time? I found out last Sunday night. If any of you have noticed the drop in points per day, I had to shut down all my farm at home because they are using the power for fans. Big noisy non folding fans. So many fans they blew the breakers. I'm the one thats supposed to blow the breakers until I find the judicious placement of folding machines. They said the heat from the computers was the wrong kind for drying out the walls , floor and ceiling. "And" would I please turn off the air conditioner as it was snowing outside. Damian is safe for a while and some of you may sneak up on me for a while BUT I'LL BE BACK.
 
Pure dry heat coming from computers won't help dry out walls? That sucks :(

Ugh on the water. My parents basement flooded last summer. It rained a lot one weekend and the pipe from the sumppump to outside separated and water was spraying up everywhere. Worst of all there was a catlitter box next to this that flooded also. Ish.

No computers were harmed, but my father lost a bunch of wood in his workshop. They ended up using a bunch of fans running for a couple weeks to dry the walls.
 
Did you get your Farm up and running?



 
I had a flood in my basement and lost the use of my farm earlier this year. Even lost my main machine. So I know how you feel. Glad to here things are going well and you will get everthing back in order soon.
