Unless you have a 7 series intel motherboard and the newest intel RST drivers, you cant trim in raid, so you probably need to leave your computer at the login screen for a few hours to allow it to garbage collect.
Garbage collection really should take care of most of that automatically, if you did the first bench right after install and the second one right after some heavy use that isn't too surprising. If the performance doesn't recover automatically then you need to back up all your stuff, manually trim(I've heard quick format in win7 does this for you) or secure erase the drives, and remake the array. That "should" fix things up, check for any firmware issues/updates that might be related to this issue too.
I just installed the 11.6 rst drivers and trim seems to have taken care of most of it instantly. Trim shouldn't be working but it seems to be on my Z68, I wont complain.
