Many new Dell VA monitors coming. 22-27"

It's already available on provantage, both the 24 (290 shipped) and 27 (430 shipped) inch versions: want to bite but it seems to be business oriented with a 8ms response time so need some confirmation on how bad the ghosting is on these.

Also just might go for the ZR24W from overstock or amazon.

I was a little worried about the 8ms as well, the ZR24W looks decent but I'm in the market for a 27". Considered the Samsung S27A750D but the glossy screen is deal breaker for me. Considering picking up the little known LG E2770V, the guys at overclockers like it and it has solid viewing angles, contrast and response time. Pity the messy launch turned people off to it (was listed as an IPS, even though it's a TN) but it's a contender.

I love VA. Best monitors for all tasks if it isnt for fast gaming.

Great to see these new models from Dell. I assume all of them are 1920x1080.

I don't want to turn it into an IPS vs PVA thread, but I am very interested in a new 16:9 monitor for gaming and PC use. Was looking at the new U2311HM but am now even more confused!

I would buy a VA 27".

Unless you play seriosly, then I would buy 120 Hz.

No budget limits S27A850D.

Great prices and great monitors I assume.

Looking forward to reviews for those screens. Like that we see more and more VA screens on the market. Imo they are better than both IPS and TN for every day tasks.

Just ordered the HP ZR24W for less than $250 shipped (had some overstock credits plus got a chat rep to apply a couple of coupons), hoping it turns out to be great.

You should be happy. Especially at that price lol. It's not a real IPS (being e-ips) but better than any of the VA's or TNs in so far as viewing angles and is pretty decent responsive and non lag, I got one for a freind for his birthday and I was pleasantly surprised even though I use $1000 2490 but I paid like 350 from a mac place. 250 is a Great deal.
