upgrading almost everything in my comp.

so now i need a mobo/cpu. im thinking spending about $250 on the mobo/cpu. i know nothing about what makes a good mobo. i know i want AMD. what type of athlon should i get?

after i get a mobo i know i want, ill look for...
$200-250 on video card
whatever it takes to get 1gig ram
maybe a hard drive. havnt decided yet. what im upgrading from in my sig
 
think this is good? would i use the audio in the mobo, or my gamesurround muse 5.1?

the mobo i had picked is out of stock everywhere i see. exept for here

it says it Supports 3500+, 3800+ Athlon 64FX 53, or higher CPU , that mean it wouldnt work for me anyway? if it would work, should i get it from this place? or go with this

the neo 4. is the neo 4 better than the neo2? i dont mind spending the extra $. which should i get?
