I have a non-OC'd Duron 1.3 Ghz cooled by a ThermalTake Volcano 9 in Thermal mode and its running at Max RPM even on idle :O!. I wana know some suggestions on cooling the beast. I was thinking of encasing the fan in rubber (the sides not in a manner to obstruct airflow) to quiet it down, or buy some Pax.Mate (but that adds heat). Any Ideas?

Heres a pic of the inside of the case so you get an idea how it looks. All fans are thermal controlled.
