what does make a computer in the inside cooler? fans? allumiun case? what your opinion?
 
Good airflow and cooling. You could have the best fans on the earth and they wouldn't mean jack in an aluminum case if you have a rat's nest of wires and cables everywhere.
 
Generally most cases will have adequete airflow (most, not all) As long as all the fans are working properly, and they're clean, and the vents are also clean.
