Making a partition?

I installed a 120gig HD in my buddies computer and didnt partition it at all when I installed. Now after installing windows there is only the partition where windows is installed showing. How do access the rest of the HD? Its a western digital if that actually matters.
 
Assuming that it is in windows XP....

start>control panel>adminstrative settings (or whaterver that is...) and i think you have to go into Computer Management....or drive management...then you should be able to format the remainder of the partition in windows.




sorry for being so imprecise, but i'm using a 98 system at school, and its not the same
