making a 256mb pen drive bootable with DOS?

i wanna make my 256mb pen drive bootable (its a mini cruzer).

i guess i want DOS. it needs to have NTFS support, CD-ROM support, and pref all the tools that come with windows server 03 enterprize edition (like hard drive dianogistics...etc), or maybe i have a "custom" version.......
