Make print jobs go to another printer at a different time

We have Facsys which can be set to send incoming faxes of a certain number to a certain printer. There is a user who wants these to go to a different printer, at a different time. We use windows 2003 as the print server. I was experimenting with printer pooling and two queues with a "available between nnn and nnn" setting but no go, as the printers will still take the job even if not available, it just holds on to it until the time is right.

Is there a way to do this, without 3rd party software? (they wont allow it).
