okay, that is what I see pretty much constantly now - also, all my games will not play any more, the graphics just come up as big colourful splodges lol. I have tried changing drivers but that hasnt helped. Now I am down to resetting the card, and if that doesnt work I need a new one.

But, how can i reset my card? I want to try it, and if it doesnt work, I guess its a good excuse to get a nice new card :D

Still havent sorted out the problem. Anyone have any ideas before I ahve to buy a new card?
 
is it possibly under warranty? most of the times, that sort of graphical corruption indicates either overheating or damaged hardware. if you're sure the heatsink is mounted right and temps aren't too back, the card is likely toast

do you have any settings that you could take off in bios to be "easier" on the card? like fastwrites, that should be disabled (i think)
