I got my 800D a few years ago and I really like it. I like to make my cases last a very long time when possible. I'm starting to have a few small issues with the case and I'm curious how others have handled it.

My first issue is that the rubber in the case is becoming dry and brittle. I'm starting to find little rubber "triangles" on the bottom of the inside of my case that are actually pieces of rubber from those spots where I have cables routed behind my motherboard, etc. I use high-CFM fans and have a rather large amount of air traveling through my case which probably doesn't help, but if there is anything I can do to stop this or make the rubber last longer somehow i'd love to know.

My second issue is that the plastic tab on the front door of the removable drive bay snapped off. This isn't my picture but it's the exact same broken tab:

In the past, corsair has allowed people to email in and order these sorts of small replacement parts but it seems that they don't have replacement parts for the 800D anymore. I'm using duct tape to hold my door shut now which makes me sad. I'd love to be able to replace this somehow, or else I guess I will have to "upgrade" to velcro or something similar :(
 
I need to order some parts for mine too and they don't list any parts for it on their site anymore. My case is only 3 years old and I spent a lot of money on it! Christ.

As far as rubber lasting, you can do the same thing people do on car door seals, silicone lube or the like.
 
I've not had issues with them breaking or getting stiff. As for the front door. After the 3rd time it broke I went and got velcro and attached that door that way. I took all hing parts off. I'll post a picture when I get home.
