I heard there are magnetics fields between CRT monitors if u set them too close to each other. I seen pics of setups w/ the monitors right next to each other. If i go dual monitor will this effect the picture alot?

If the monitors aren't magnetically shielded very well, they can cause interference, which would cause maybe a wavy line between the two monitors.

Yeah I've had this problem before between my 21" KDS and various other monitors that I've used as a secondary (17" Philips 107S, 107MB, etc...) though at work I have dual 19" Trinitrons and that problem does not exist.

i see pics of dual monitors right next to each other so do they get those wavy lines too or what? What shuld i do to get rid of the magnetics fields?

Some dual monitor setups have no problems if the monitors are properly magnetically shielded.

If your setup causes interference though, you can try adjusting the refresh rate of the monitors to see if that gets rid of the problem, space the monitors apart, OR buy a nickel plate to put between the monitors.
