I hope your case isn't very negatively pressured. If so you will get a lot of dust buildup inside.

We have a metal shop in the building I work in. Basically I traced around the old covers on a scrap sheet of metal with that hole pattern and then grinded them down on a grinder. They look like crap in your hand but all the imperfections are not noticable installed.

The Case has filters in the front which catch a lot of the dust. Havent noticed much inside as of 2 weeks now. :cool:

Front filters won't help if it's sucking the dust in through the back vents.

Like i said, No noticable dust build up in 2 weeks so far.

it's the same shape as you standard pci slot cover. i'll take a pic tomorrow and post it up. :cool:
