Made a FlexRAID pool, have some questions

I am using Cruise-control Snapshot RAID with a 2TB+3TB DRUs and one 3TB PPU.

Can I read or write to a pool while the parity is being updated?

What's with these ridiculous speeds? Are these real or did I mess up somewhere?

I didn't use cruise control I use a snapshot raid. You're better off going to the flexraid forums and asking there if you think you are having issues.

But as far as updating goes, I recommend you NOT use the system while it updates. I usually have to stop Steam for example before I update because sometimes while it updates, steam updates a game and then FlexRAID stops and gives me a update failed message.
