So, I got that going for me. Can't donate blood to save lives, and my own life has an infinitesimally small chance of terminating with vCJD. If this keeps up, I can't be considered as a organ donor on my demise.

 What a load of utter nonsense. What's next? Banning smokers in case residual nicotine in the blood gives people cancer? Banning stressed people in case adrenaline in the blood gives the receiver a heart attack?

All the scientific evidence I have seen suggests your life now has the same infinitesimally (damn that's hard to type) small chance of terminating with CJD as it did before you came to Europe.
