Are there any cases out there that have a totally filtered air intake........the computer out in our shop get covered in a mix of dust, oil, and solvent.

my guess is you can take a case that already has a removeable intake filter and add some more and/or better material....like that you'd get from home depot.
 
All the computers at work in the shop by me are just standard cheap cases. They velcro foam over any vents and openings, when it get dirty they just change it out.
 
Nylon stockings work pretty well. Won't do much for liquid, but does wonders for dust.
