I have, out of no where been getting BSOD for a Machine Check Error

It is Hardware issue and I think it might be the Video Card is failing or Windows is hurting it with an update or such.

Any one having this issue?

Any one have a fix, drivers etc?

Any way to see if my Vid card is going bad?

Any way to see if any of the other hardware in my system is crapping out individually?

its not your vid card, its your cpu. i just rma'd my e6600 back to intel yesterday for this error. i kept getting the error, but my machine stayed up mostly, every once in a while i got bsod. there is no way to fix it, so if your cpu is oem or out of warranty, start thinking about buying a new one. check your eventlogs, they will have these errors documented. also, if you google this error, you will see that its your cpu.
