Macbook RAM Upgrade

I'm considering ordering a refurbished Macbook for my wife who is a high school teacher. She mostly needs internet, office apps. (word and powerpoint), and maybe dabbling in creating videos etc. Apple has a few refurbs, but I would want to put in more memory.

How hard is it to upgrade the RAM in a macbook or macbook pro by yourself? I build my own desktops, but I've never owned/taken apart a laptop let alone a macbook. How hard is it to find the correct RAM?

the ram is very easy to install in the macbooks.

take out the battery, take out 3 screws, push the tabs and you are done.

I have 2 sticks of this memory in my 2.0gz c2d macbook and it is AMAZING

QFT, I upgraded the memory in my Macbook with 2 sticks of this stuff and it works flawlessly.. only I didn't get to buy it at this price

I found that to be the most helpful article on replacing the RAM in my MacBook. However, it says you need a #1 screwdriver, which I have, but I wasn't able to use it because I had a tough time getting the angle right. I used a precision set of flathead screwdrivers instead and it worked fine.

I upgraded to 2G as well and the difference is incredible.
