Macbook Pro LED Backlight question

Is there any detrimental effects of keeping my my screen LED brightness all the way up? Screen burn in? Shortened battery life (that's probably a given)? Shortened screen life?

Less battery life definitely. However, I imagine that dimming effects of usage would be lower than with CCFLs? I may be wrong though. I wouldn't, just because I would be afraid of decreasing LED lifespance. I know that if I put my Macbook [year old now] next to a new one, it is significantly dimmer. However, that is CCFL, not LED, and the LED units have not been around long enough to really tell.
