Hey, I was given a Mac mouse (white USB one with the wire) and I was wondering if there is a way to get a right click somehow? The mouse works perfectly on windows.

It should work by default...

is it the mighty mouse? with the little ball in the middle?

dont you have to lift your left finger off the mouse to right click?
and you can't double click with it either

You don't have to do that....and yes, you can double click. It's as simple as clicking twice....ya know...like with any other mouse? :p The Mighty Mouse is just like any other mouse, except it has touch sensitive left and right sides.

It works fine in Windows as well.

err, not double click as in click click
but as in clicking left and right buttons at the same time

You can do that, but it will default as the standard Mac single click.
