Mac Mini 2012 version. Several questions.

I have an extra 2012 Mac Mini 2012 (i5, I believe).

I would like to wipe it and reinstall a fresh OSX. Then I would like to install windows 10 on it. I would like to install windows strictly to interface with USB devices that do not interface with OSX.

Do I need to buy a license for windows? To use with boot camp?

How do I get a fresh copy of osx?

My other idea is to get an old windows laptop instead.

you don't need to buy a license as windows will run fine without activation but you can't personalize some things from what I have seen.
