Need some help from a Mac tech!
I work at a small to mid sized pc shop, we fix pc's and printers, but its been decided that we should try our hands at fixing Mac's as it seems we would just about be the only ones in town able to do so. So along with sending a few of our guys out to get Apple's certs taken care of, we are tryign to find some good tools for diagnostics and repair.
We use Winternals, GWScan, and Dell/HP tools with our PC's. We all love Winternals, it's amazing, so I was wondering if anyone knew of an equivalent program for Mac OS 9 & 10 (more 10 than 9, but we want to be somewhat backwards compatible)? Or any other tools that you have found to be useful.
Thanks for all the info [H]!
Peace
