M4A785TD-V Evo and Thermaltake Frio... space issues?

I have the Asus M4A785TD-V EVO board and was considering upgrading my Phenom II 550BE to a 1090T, and getting rid of my Arctic Freezer 7 Pro rev.2 and replacing it with a Thermaltake Frio. I have heard that some of these larger coolers cover up RAM slots, and I was curious if anybody has this board and cooler, and whether they have any space issues. I don't have high-rise ramsinks or anything, just some OCZ Plat 1333s
 
you will be fine as long as the Ram doesnt sit high. what case do you own?

even if the ram was 2 tall in the first 2 slots you can still use the second slots
 
I have all 4 slots filled. Got a really good price on 2 2x2GB kits with rebates.
