I have 4x74GB Raptors in RAID-0 on my M2N32-SLI NVRAID controller.
I tried disabling tagged queuing with no help. Can anyone suggest anything that can be causing this?

I don't know but it's not like I can try that since my OS is loaded on this array.

I guess that would be a bit of a problem, eh?

well then:
What windows version are you using?
Which version of the nForce drivers?
Have you tried any other benchmark?
Does it feel sluggish to you?

XP Pro SP2
nForce 9.35
I haven't tried any other benchmark. I'll give Sandra a try and report back.
It doesn't feel sluggish but it doesn't feel as fast as it should.

OK, this is what I got with Sandra

OK, I found the problem. I broke up the array and benchmarked the drives individually and found the culprit.
one out of the 4 drives may be bad.
