M$ Exchange Issue,

Hi all,

Having a problem here at work and I can't pin it down, wondering if anyone out there has any suggestions.

Random users on our rather small network are receiving emails reporting sync errors between the exchange server and the outlook clients, This is not linked to email box size or network bandwith, over the past week the server has not strayed above 25% network usage or CPU load and users with large and small mail boxes are getting these errors. But these messages keep comming ? This is starting to become a P.I.T.A. for me.

We are running Small business Server 2003, with exchange 2003, The exchange server is also the domain controller using Active Directory in native mode.

The Outlook clients are all 2003 and running Cached mode.

What happens if you disable the cache mode in Outlook? It may elimiate the sync errors until you can understand what is causing it.

Please post a copy of the specific sync error...

As for disabling cached mode N/A managers want it.
