I got a brand new compu, but when i play music with this card it plays a variable time and then the computer freezes totally. i got to reboot. This can be after a few seconds or after like 30 minutes. Is this a hardware malfunction or an compatibility issue?

My new compu:
Motherboard: QDI KuDoz 7X/600-6AL
Processor: AMD Athlon 2800
OS: Windows XP
Videocard: Geforce MX440
RAM: 1024 MB DDR

Help me please,

I tried the card in 2 other computers.
The first it immediately rebooted :D, but afterwards it played music and nottin seems wrong, only tested a couple of minutes, so i could not work after 30 mins orso.
In the 3rd computer it works like a charm...

Any suggestions where the problem is located????
