LSI / Intel Raid Web Console (Error) Messages

Hey,
i am using an intel RS2BL080 controler with a RES2SV240 expander.
Teh setup uses 8* 1TB WD Drives in a raid 6
and 4* 2TB WD drives in a raid 5

One drive in the raid 5 makes problems. the raid web console gives me the following in the attachment told errors. one is a "crc error" the other one tells something about "Power on, reset, or bus device reset occurred".

so i now try to make a rebuild because the controller putted the drive offline. but while the rebuild it seems to continue to give me these errors.

so con anybody tell me what i have to do to get the "optimal" status for the arrays?
Is the drive dammaged (sectors for example)?
