Hi there.

For a server which is has not graphic embedded, I'm looking for a PCIe graphic card with the lowest idle power consumption.
Cheap, passive & low heat appreciated..

I used to hope in finding Matrox G200 PCIe card, as most of servers are equipped with this chip, but doesn't exist any more :/

Google sorts too many & messy posts about this need, but nothing conclusive.

Maybe Nvidia GT610 or GT430 ... or ?

Sapphire 7750 Low Profile would be my choice. It's a bit spendy for a card that's just going to sit idle all the time though. It also happens to be the most powerful low profile card available in addition to having the lowest idle power consumption.
