Well I've been tampering with the clock speeds on my Geforce FX 5600....I get lower framerates at higher clock speeds? See the screenshots below.

Normal clock speed:

Just a bit higher:

5 steps or so higher:

Thats a telltale sign your maxing out the core or mem
Try upping the voltage (AGP) a bit, but make sure your cooling is in order.

Well my motherboard doesn't let me adjust voltage settings  So better cooling would boost framerates?

With Nvidia cards I have found that overclocking successes can vary greatley depending on the version of the drivers you are using. Personally I would recommend bailing on the MSI drivers and using the reference drivers from the Nvidia web site.

Does increasing the AGP voltage help? I was told it just helps on CPU overclocks by increasing the NB voltage? What kind of limits are there for the AGP voltage?

lol kieth, I have no options for messing with the voltage. Sirfragalot, I already have the latest drivers from Nvidia, the MSI panel remains even in the new drivers.

Watch the entire benchmark run. See if there are any pauses, if there are that usually indicates too high of a core clock on Nvidia based cards.
