I am building a new desktop that will also function as my media repository for my home network. I am using the Antec VSK 2000. It comes with a Tricool 120mm fan in back and a place for two 120mm intake fans in front of the hard drive cage. I am running 5 hard drives currently so would like to move a little air over them to try and keep them alive longer. The CPU is currently a p4 3.0 single core...conroe I think, cant recall. I used some B-quiet sound deadener I had left over from an automotive project and that helped with panel noise significantly. I have a hodge podge of fans and a coolermaster CPU cooler in it now but the volume is a bit high for me.

I am looking at the Scythe Slip Stream fans put am not sure what speeds or what CPU cooler I am going with. for the CPU cooler I would prefer something that doesn't make me remove my entire mobo to mount, but will if I have to.
