Low profile pci-e riser cable

Does anyone know of a lower-profile riser cable than the ones commonly offered? I have a pci-express slot covered by a graphics card and I was looking to get access to it, but the riser I have isn't long enough (and I'm not sure if would fit). I've also seen the USB ones but those generally protrude out too much and would hit the card cooler blocking the slot.
