Low profile cooler needed for a 2U case

I'm building a dual-ITX system into a 2U case, one thing I've been stuck on is the what would make a good cooler. I'm looking for something that can cool a Q9400. I'm using Zotac 7100 based motherboards.

I'll post pics of the system when I'm done with it.
 
would you happen to know the clearance in mm? I have system with the thermalright axp-140 and it is cooling my q9550 w. a 120mm fan like a champ...here is the thread
 
that doesn't include the AXP-140. they have never tested or evaluated it but i would bet it is a top performer in the under 75mm height test for both noise and cooling

With a fan it exceeds 75mm. The other issue is that just because the case lid can close doesn't mean there is enough of a gap to provide sufficient airflow to the fan.
