Low profile card

mainly home theater pc but i will prolly use it to play games on occasionally
 
The pickings are slim. It's gonna depend on what games you play and at what resolution. Here's some from newegg. Link I'm surprised they have a GTS 450 in low profile. It would be either that or the 5570.
