Low powered cheap video card?

I have an older computer here without any onboard video. I'm looking for a low powered video card, something cheap. No gaming, just web browsing. Has PCI or PCI-E
 
Good luck finding a PCI card, even used... pretty rare now.

You can pick up something for under $30 on Newegg or Amazon... or go to Ebay for something dirt cheap.
 
Get the newest generation card you can for your budget. It might not be as powerful performance wise as a used older gen card, but since you don't care about performance it should use less energy and will likely have a longer period of driver support.
