Hi all
I have a Amd Athlon64 3000 Venice which wont go past 232mhz x 9, its close to 2.1ghz atm but wont go into windows if i add even 1 more mhz, im using OCZ Value Ram..and a Gigabyte K8nsc-939 Motherboard..
I havent uped the CPU Voltage or the Ram..

How come?
 
Probably because you havent increased the Vcore. You're getting a 288Mhz OC at stock voltage. If you want to push it higher, you'll need to give the cpu more voltage.
 
You say you have OCZ Value Ram. Value ram is known for very loose timings, therefore low overclocks on the memory.

Are you currently using a 1:1 ratio? That is most likely the reason for your poor overclock because your memory's speed limit isn't as high as your CPU's speed limit..
 
as acascianelli says, a ram divider might help it boot. maybe your memory cannot run at 232mhz that well at auto latency settings or default voltage. if you can boot into windows when you lower your cpu and htt multiplyers, then maybe your cpu might need more voltage to clock higher :\.
