Low fps

Since I came back to Chile my PC does not have the same performance that I had 10 months ago (during this time the PC was occupied but not in the same way that I did) Games like PUBG I was at 140 fps and now Same goes to 50 fps, maximum 60 (with everything on low) the CSGO should have more than 300 fps and I run it at 90 and sometimes it drops to 40, I don't know what could be failing :(

i7 7700
16GB DDR4 2666MHZ
1060 6GB MSI GAMING X
SSD 240 GB KINGSTON
1TB WESTERN DIGITAL

Ask the question what has changed.

Windows updates?
game updates?
higher temperatures?
bloat?

many things could be 'failing' :)
 
start by running ddu and install the newest nvidia drivers.
