low FPS in doom, don't know why

my comp is in the sig. I have no idea why I am getting such a low score when compared to everyone else? Only 44 FPS!

doom 3 settings:

high detail
1280x1024
0xAA, 8xAF
Everything On

Any Ideas?

BTW, did a fresh install and i am using the 61.77 version of nvidia drivers
