low Firestrike? RX 480

Seems like your clock speeds are pretty low on the graphics card I have an rx 470 and i3 6100 and have done over 9k in firestrike maybe reinstall drivers and or try wattman to get the clock speeds up

ok reinstalled drivers. i tried overclocking the gpu by 10%, and it still scores way under someone else's who is clocked even lower, i'm confused :/ it doesnt appear to be thermal throttling as it stays under 80 the whole time. i set the thermal limit to 90.

After what appears to be a completely sucessful run, I got 0
in Firestrike from crossfire RX480's. Yet somehow, without
any explanation, that's supposed to be my valid score???

I bench 8088 in Timespy with the very same configuration.
All settings default except Wattman power, clock, and volts.
Ryzen dialed up to a very conservative 3.8GHz...

Even with all overclock dialed back to stock speed, I can't get
anything better than 0 out of Firestrike. And can't help but think
I saw it working earlier, but not sure when. May have been only
one card, or some earlier driver? 3DMark has updated itself too.

Timespy and Ryzen Master both seem to demand HPET ON,
but I don't know if requirement extends to Firestrike as well?

XFX RS RX480's w 8G apiece. Case fan directly over the pair.
Ryzen 1700, Asus B350+, 16x3.0+4x2.0, latest Crimson...
