hey guys im looking for a display that conveniently goes down in brightness yet doesn't lose color accuracy inside $400 preferably. mainly for head on text reading photo/video editing for long hours as you know net is all about reading reading and more reading so that's mainly it.
something which goes down to 60-80 cd/m would be great i wont like the display to be too bright and my current lcd looks washed out when i lower the brightness , if i try to prevent the washed out look by upping brightness contrast it singes my eyes.
damn im in college so im studying 24/7 + extra hours in a day

please be kind with the budget too but if i can get something great for a hundred dollars more ill take it.
